September 19, 2022 – September 21, 2022 all-day

Building from last year’s meeting themes, the 2022 Land and Freshwater Annual Meeting (formerly Federal Policy Briefing) will provide a much needed in-person opportunity for funders to build capacity, support, and concrete action around indigenous-led conservation, the latest federal funding packages, place-based campaigns with landscape scale impact, and the America the Beautiful initiative or 30×30. The meeting will widen its focus from the traditional federal policy lens to include conservation and biodiversity issues of broader national relevance. The three-day meeting will include speakers from the White House, Congress, federal and state agencies, tribal and NGO leaders, and other conservation experts. In addition to these interactive learning sessions, we’ll have multiple opportunities for funders to roll up their sleeves and work together.
